[26-ต.ค.-2011]
Dear All partners and Friends.
Flood War start attack BKK area and NO ESCAPE for BKK.
The problem of the flood this time will be spread around in BKK area from
0.15 -1.50 meter high cause many areas will shut down water utility and electric supply.
The Government declared a five-day holiday in Bangkok and affected provinces from THU 27th OCT- MON 31th OCT but financial institutions will remain open.
SEAPORT: Main river port PAT Port Authority of Thailand will close (due to
flood) from tomorrow onward which means all sea freight export activities will be done via deep seaport Laem chabang only but import facilities for the container still lying at PAT will be able to customs clear.
AIRPORT : Suvarnaphum Airport , all facilities still activate as normal.
Donmuang Airport, mostly use for budget carrier domestic route closes down (due to flood) from TUE 25th OCT 2PM onward.
APC Thailand : Our office will still open both town office and airport office but our staffs capacity will be reduce.
High tide water level will start from 27 -31 Oct and hopefully the situation will be decline after that.
Contingency plan:
1.) Once the flood starts attack our town office we will evacuate and move to station at our airport office. Once the electric city shut off (not now) at our town office area we will use personal e-mails instead as server will be shut down. Please note as below:

2.) if we cannot safe our airport area APC Team will move to our joint venture premise in Laem Chabang .
Pioneer Laem Chabang : which you still can contact all team via above personal e-mails and in this case transport facility will be Laem Chabang for seafreight and U-Ta phao Airport (Navy airport at Rayong close to Laem Chabang)
All staffs still safe but part of them affect with their home damage for the time being APC Thailand Team surely will try to find a Bridge over Trouble Water together.
Kind Regards
