Dear colleagues,

We have received warm words and kind concern from many Win memners,

It is few damage in Tokyo and life goes as usual, that may be effected due to

influence of this tragedy day to day..But it is nothing compared with patience

people who encountered direct injury.

It is early to estimate how this disaster damaged people and their property in

North East Japan.. However it is indeed serious enough as far as we see news

so far. We either send get-well wishes to all those who have encountered this

tragedy and extend our condolence to all victims of the earthquake.

Hour to hour, new update comes up that makes me sad..

I do hope our national character having prevailed thousand natural tragedy in our

history will overcome devastation this time..
